STANDARD TUITION PAYMENT SCHEDULETuition for the Motion Picture Production Program is $10,995 for US and Canadian students, and $12,495 for international students. A fifteen hundred dollar ($1,500.00) security deposit -- which is included in the tuition -- is due upon the signing of the enrollment agreement. (If you enroll before June 15, 2010, we are offering a special $1000 security deposit special.) Unless a Sallie Mae loan has been secured or an MPI In-House Payment Plan has been entered into, the entire tuition is due no later than Sept. 16, 2009 for the 2010-2011school year. In the event of late enrollment, tuition is due upon the signing of the enrollment agreement. In-House Payment PlansMPI offers a variety of payment plans to help students finance their education. Once we review your application, we will present the options available to you so that you can decide what best fits your budget. Should you accept the payment plan, you and your cosigner will be asked to sign a payment plan agreement detailing the terms of your scheduled payments. All payment plans require at least a $500 down payment which is due prior to the start of the fall semester. All payment plans require immediate monthly repayment with the first payment due by Sept. 30, 2010. State & Local ScholarshipsMPI is an approved school under the Michigan Merit scholarship program for high school seniors. Unfortunately we do not qualify for Michigan Promise scholarship funds. We also award $1,000 scholarships to the winners of the annual Orchard Lake Film Festival sponsored by West Bloomfield High School and the DAFT Film Festival. Michigan Works ITA FundingMPI is an eligible training vendor for Michigan Works. For more information on accessing ITA funds, visit your nearest Michigan Works service center. Federal Financial AidMPI is not eligible for Title IV funding/federal student aid from the US Department of Education. As a result, we do not have a school code for the FAFSA. GI Bill/Department of Veteran AffairsWe are recognized by the Department of Veteran Affairs and are eligible to accept GI Bill funding.
